Join us in movement - for a cause! All proceeds of this event will go to Planned Parenthood
in support of women's rights. We will have a 60 minute yoga session with Allison who has
taught yoga for more than 10 years. Reiki will also be provided by Healing Haus. Reserve

Yoga club will be held every Wednesday from 6:30-7:30pm. You can expect an all levels class instructed by Allison and a really amazing community of do-ers. BYOM- Bring your own mat! $10 entry. All proceeds go to OneTreePlanted, a nonprofit that rebuilds forests in the most needed places, which helps offset carbon and reduce climate change.

Weekly Yoga @ 6:30 PM at the Paridaez Shop
Please join us on Monday 6/21 (NEW DATE) at 6:30pm to kick off our in person Tuesday night class in celebration of Pride Month. Class will be instructed by Allison Daroie. Entry is $5. All ticket proceeds will be donated to It Gets Better, a nonprofit organization in support of empowering and uplifting LGBTQ+ youth everywhere. Class will be followed with Prosecco bubbles; cheers to supporting the freedom to express yourself and to acceptance everywhere in celebration of pride month. Join us for a night of fundraising for Australia, hosted by Paridaez and Lady of Lizard.Tickets are $25 and include yoga and meditation led by Allison Daroie and Sarah Sturges, followed by a wine tasting by Sensi e Diletti and gourmet sweets by Alchemy Confections Co. All ticket proceeds will be donated to the Australian Koala Foundation, helping to rebuild the wild Koala habitat by planting trees and Humane Society International who are out in the field searching for animals. We'll also donate a portion of sales from shopping Paridaez staple pieces and Lady of Lizard vintage. Please bring your own yoga mats :)
