SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING METHODS

We offer free domestic shipping on purchases $75 and over. Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped out, and 4-7 business days for your order to arrive. Standard shipping to Canada costs $25 and all orders shipping to Canada are expected to take 7-14 business days to arrive. Please email hello@paridaez.com to inquire about international shipping.

RETURN POLICY

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must meet the following conditions:

Return Conditions:

  • Items must be unworn and unwashed
  • All original tags must be attached and intact
  • Items must be in original, resalable condition with no signs of wear, odor, stains, or damage
  • Items must be returned in original packaging when possible

Items that will NOT be accepted for return:

  • Items showing any signs of wear or use
  • Items with tags removed or damaged
  • Items that have been washed, altered, or damaged
  • Items marked as "final sale"

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions. Refused returns will be sent back to the customer at their expense.

RETURN SHIPPING

For USA orders, we provide a pre-paid return label. A $10 fee will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping costs.

For exchanges on orders over $75, return shipping is free.

Customers outside the USA are responsible for return shipping costs.

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

Log into your account and initiate a return request. Once approved, you'll receive return instructions and a pre-paid label (USA orders only). To make a return click here.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days if the item meets our return conditions. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

LATE AND MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account or your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@paridaez.com.
