AD: Please explain who you are and what you do.
MB: I am worldwide spokesperson for Aeropilates and the innovator of the first portable home Pilates reformer
AD: Where are you from originally?
MB: Born and raised in Melbourne Australia of Dutch parents
AD: Where did your motivation to pursue your passion originate?
MB: An accident that required serious and transformative rehab on a Pilate’s Reformer inspired me to make it possible and affordable for everyone
AD: What is a typical day like for you?
MB: Early rising, lemon water, exercise, breakfast, work, children, dinner, early to bed
AD: What was the biggest obstacle you had to overcome to get where you are today?
MB: Trusting my partners
AD: What was your proudest moment?
MB: Selling 24,000 machines in one weekend on QVC with laryngitis
AD: What does being successful mean to you?
MB: Changing lives everyday
AD: What advice would you give your younger self?
MB: Don't give up, trust yourself, believe in what you know
AD: How do you relax?
MB: Read, meditate, laugh with friends
AD: What’s your typical fitness routine?
MB: 40 minutes of cardio, 30 mins of full body stretching and toning
AD: What are your daily beauty rituals?
MB: Lemon water, salt scrub, hyaluronic acid, magnesium, greens
AD: What's a go to places in your area?
MB: My Acupuncturist and MFA (Museum of Fine Arts in Boston)
